I have never been to a Seder meal before.  It says I will have a Kosher dinner.  Sounds good!

Tout Suite the Travel Kitty travels to NC and gets blessed and Smiley goes to Passover Seder meals!  What lives they have!  Will Smiley have to pose and smile on a red carpet before his meal?  What work!

I am a Christian and my mom is Jewish. I  "water baptized"  my Chihuahua Chico in the sink when he was a pup and he gets blessed at church each year at the blessing of the animals on the Feast of St. Francis.  Last weekend, we went to an  Easter doggie event and Chico wore bunny ears, and also  had a Easter Bonnet, and he met the Easter Bunny!  Yesterday and today, we visited my mom. She doesnt prepare a seder, but we had dinner there. She asked Chico if he wanted a "Jewish biscuit" and she gave him a piece of Matzo !  He loved it!  Though none of this is really spiritual, I do enjoy sharing these traditions and holiday festivities with my dog. After all, he is family, too!  Happy Passover and Happy Easter to everyone! Woof!!

Stella, I love your story!

We usually don't celebrate Easter or Passover, but we were thinking about having an egg hunt this weekend. Contestants will include one dog and four cats. We are going to hide a little treat along with each egg and see what happens.

Hey Kim, Stella, Melinda, Loretta and Krister!  Loretta it is so good to see you again, and Krister, will your Easter eggs be the fancy blue ones?  Krister is the person who has the gorgeous fancy  hens who have been on here before.  And what a fun idea for the egg hunt with your contestants.  And Stella, thank you for sharing all of that.  We are looking forward to sharing our Seder meal report!
